What is Yoga?

One of the finest thing of the yoga is that the raise support and conserve us no matter how old or young, fir or unfit we are? In Yoga gradually one can understand asana and become more and more sophisticated. With help of Yoga one can move from external alignment working to the inner actions. Yoga is an integral part human life. From birth to death we all are connected directly or indirectly with Yoga. One can determined that the Yoga is the best way to Workout of life.
